Comprehensive College Kitetika has reaffirmed its position as one of the top academic institutions in central Uganda, securing a place among the best schools in the 2024 Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) examinations by scoring Result One of the new curriculum.
The remarkable results sparked celebrations among both students and teachers at Comprehensive College Kitetika and stakeholders from various regions in Uganda where the students come from as all the 80 passed with result one.
Interestingly, Comprehensive College Kitetika has been ranked among the top schools and with its exceptional performance has also positioned it as a leading school in Wakiso district.
Mr. Kabweru Samuel, the head teacher at Comprehensive College Kitetika, emphasized the staff’s commitment to teaching and mentoring learners, urging parents to continue entrusting them with their children’s education.
Kabweru said that the school cultivated better results through a culture of discipline, which has undoubtedly contributed to the exceptional performance of last year’s students.

‘’Our students’ achievements through their hard work, commitment, and good discipline have been pivotal in securing such remarkable results. It also reflects positively on the dedication and professionalism of the teaching staff, who have worked tirelessly to ensure the academic success of their students’’, added the head teacher.

According to some parents who spoke to this website, this outstanding performance reflects the school’s strong academic culture, rigorous preparation and a commitment to excellence.
These institutions have demonstrated incomparable performance, with all students attaining top grades under UNEB’s revised grading system. The new system emphasizes competency-based assessment.
Another parent who excitedly spoke to our reporter revealed that this school’s results serve as a testament to its commitment to providing quality education and nurturing well-rounded individuals who are prepared to excel in their academic pursuits and contribute positively to society.
Comprehensive College Kitetikka (CCK) was started in 2001 by the Uganda Australian Foundation with only O’Level and grew, through the years, to a fully registered O & A Level, mixed, day and boarding school.
CCK boasts of a very stable, effective, skilled, caring and mature teaching and support staff, who go all out to encourage better learning proper and upbringing of all its students.
