‘’ This is part of a wider package of helping the youths. Last year the president gave them money for the 12 years and this year the President was in Mbale last week launching youth saccos. We believe that this program will change and empower these young boys and girls to fight crime by turning them into productive Ugandans. They have leaders and they can guide them and now we see change’’. added Damulira.
