In addition to the unprecedented presentations that will be exhibited, the convention will highlight the developments attained by Ssaabasajja Kabaka’s subjects living in the United States of America and Canada, through BBNAC and its member associations.

The convention will also present opportunities that will include learning, networking, celebration of culture, fostering friendships, as well as incredibly amazing assortments of entertainment.

The convention also helps to provide opportunities and avenues through which we can both collectively and individually support the continued building of Nnyaffe Buganda, and Uganda at large.

BBNAC’25 will be held at The Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport in the heart of the bustling Seaport District, the gateway to the charming and the ever-evolving city of Boston.

Boston is a sophisticated center of contemporary culture, higher education, and technology. It is a city that embraces the arts, with a rich and diverse cultural landscape that is reflected in its many theaters, museums, music venues, and art galleries.

In Boston, you can watch a Shakespearean play in the park, enjoy a jazz concert by the harbor, or explore ancient artifacts in a world-class museum.

The impressive array of museums in Boston includes the Museum of Fine Arts, one of the largest museums in the United States. The museum houses a vast collection of art from around the world, ranging from ancient Egyptian artifacts to contemporary American works. The Boston Children’s Museum, on the other hand, offers interactive exhibits designed to engage and educate children.

The theme for BBNAC’25 is “Confronting the Challenges of Mental Health and HIV/AIDS” (“Okwaŋŋaanga Okusoomoozebwa Kw’endwadde z’Omutwe ne Mukenenya”).

This theme is an opportunity for us to discuss important mental health and HIV/AIDS aspects affecting our communities, both in North America and Uganda, as well as finding solutions.

It is a good occasion for all to support the efforts of Ssaabasajja Kabaka to fight HIV/AIDS in Buganda, as well as addressing mental health issues in all our communities. Throughout the convention, they will also engage children, the youth and young adults about issues affecting them, as well as discussing social and economic matters of our well- being in the diaspora, and in Uganda.
