The Senior Presidential Advisor and head of the Office of the National Chairman (ONC), Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, popularly known as the Chief Muzzukulu, Sunday hosted her staff, friends, and family at her mother’s home in Ndejje, Wakiso District, to celebrate Eid al-Fitr in a lavish style.
The colorful event attracted a cross-section of guests, including renowned vocalist Naava Grey, veteran media personality Mr. Miles Rwamiti, among others, in a celebratory gathering that was marked by messages of gratitude and unity and calls for the preservation of Islamic virtues beyond Ramadan.
In her remarks to the attendees, Hajjat Namyalo expressed appreciation for their friendship and the unwavering support they exhibit towards her, especially during the tumultuous moments when her name is smeared with bad campaign from her haters.
She urged the Muslim faithfuls to maintain the virtuous behavior exhibited during the fasting month and serve as ambassadors of peace within their communities as the country approaches the highly anticipated 2026 general elections.
“Ramadan has taught us patience, sacrifice, and kindness. Let us continue to exhibit these virtues beyond this holy month. As we approach the election season, I implore you all to be ambassadors of peace and promote harmony within your communities,” Hajjat Namyalo remarked.
Known for her loyalty to President Yoweri Museveni, Hajjat also used the occasion to rally support for the NRM National Chairman and Presidential flag-bearer ahead of the 2026 elections. “President Museveni has tirelessly worked for the stability and progress of our country. I call upon all of you to vote and campaign overwhelmingly for him in the upcoming elections. Let’s continue supporting the efforts that bring development and unity to Uganda,” she stated passionately.
