The Manager of the Office of the National Chairman, SPA Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, has today continued the ONC Ramadan food distribution in Wakiso District, delivering relief items to Muslim families at Masjid Saeed Al Majdour in Kasangati Town Council as part of a district wide outreach aimed at supporting vulnerable households during the holy month.

The visit formed part of the second day of activities in the area, where essential food supplies were handed over to fasting families in order to ease on iftar.
At Masjid Saeed Al Majdour, Hajjat Namyalo was received by ONC Wakiso Coordinator Henry Luzinda, NRM Chairperson Mayanja Laurence, Women’s League Chairperson Hannifa Nsubuga, Sheikh Erias Kigozi, Sheikh Katongole Abdullatif and Imam Badru Byamugisha, together with other local leaders and members of the Muslim community.
The leaders described the outreach as timely, noting that many households face financial strain during Ramadan.
Addressing congregants inside the mosque, Hajjat Namyalo urged Muslims to use the sacred month as a period of sincere repentance and self examination.
She called for discipline, transparency and a renewed commitment to living out the values of faith in daily life. “This is the month to return to Allah and correct what is wrong in our hearts,” she said, encouraging believers to dedicate time to night prayers and seek peace within their families and communities.
Sheikh Erias Kigozi thanked her for what he termed consistent engagement with the Muslim community in Wakiso observing that the district hosts hundreds of mosques and a growing population of faithful.
