Senior presidential mobiliser and Head of the NRM National Chairman’s Office, Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo, has called on residents of Makindye Division to vote wisely and overwhelmingly support President Kaguta Museveni, cautioning against what she described as wasting votes on politicians who abandon voters after elections.

Speaking during a mobilisation drive in Makindye, Namyalo urged residents to remain focused on leaders with a proven track record, warning them against being misled by rival political actors.
“Ugandans should not waste their votes on people who disappear after elections. Vote wisely and support President Museveni,” Namyalo said.
She also educated voters on the voting process, emphasising the importance of correctly identifying President Museveni on the ballot paper.
“On the ballot paper, President Museveni will appear at position number eight and will be represented by the bus symbol. That is what you should look out for,” she explained.
Namyalo’s mobilisation activities began in Katwe 2, Kikaramojja, where she addressed a rally of NRM supporters.
She was warmly received by residents and ghetto youth, who cheered, blew whistles, and chanted slogans in support of President Museveni as vehicles carrying NRM campaign messages moved through the area.
