Mothers union, a Christian charity organization operating under the church of Uganda has joined traders at the Kibuye market commonly known as the kabakas market for a general clean up exercise and promoting good Hygiene around the work place.

The exercise was spear headed by the President of Namirembe Diocese Mothers Union, Nalongo Biingi Roseline .
The clean up exercise comes ahead of mothers Mary day celebrations next week at Gayaza Junior School in Gayaza , Kyadondo East.

Mothers union plays a significant role in society by strengthening and Preserving marriage and Christian Family Life.
Speaking during the clean up exercise , Nalongo Biingi Roseline Kawiso is now calling upon traders operating in the market to maintain good Hygene so as to live a Healthy life .
The cleaning exercise is in line with the union’s commitment towards environmental conservation and this exercise aligns with a diverse range of initiatives by the union aimed at mitigating environmental risks by reversing trends and behaviour that contribute to environmental degradation. Something that is aimed at promoting a sustainable future for Uganda.
