With tailor made solutions like the Incremental Housing loans (Zimba Mpola Mpola) with interest rates as low as 19%, housing products with flexible terms, the bank enables more Ugandans to build homes, which will significantly reduce the housing deficit that currently stands at 2.4 million units.
