Vumbula Uganda Festival, the nation’s premier tourism festival, is back and better than ever! Set to take place from October 25th to 27th, 2024,this year’s edition promises an extraordinary experience, blending Uganda’s rich cultural heritage with breathtaking performances, vibrant art, and unmatched adventure.
This year’s festival is set to surpass expectations with a variety of activities: Elijah Kitaka, one of Uganda’s finest musicians, will headline the event with soulful acoustic performances that are sure to captivate the audience. Attendees will be treated to vibrant cultural troop performances that celebrate Uganda’s rich traditions through dance and music. Moreover, the dedicated tourism exhibition area will allow festival-goers to explore Uganda’s diverse tourism offerings.
At a media launch held this evening at the Villa restaurant and Lounge in Kampala, Demo Riley, the Chief Executive Officer of Vumbula Uganda, enthusiastically remarked, “We are a consistent and sustainable brand that responds to our community’s needs to enhance the tourism experience with each edition. Since its inception in 2021, Vumbula Uganda Festival has grown into a must-attend event, attracting over 5,000 adventure lovers from across the globe. The festival has successfully positioned itself as a catalyst for promoting domestic tourism, with notable sponsorships from Stanbic Bank, Busoga Kingdom, and the Ministry of Tourism.
