114 graduands were part of the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), which is equivalent to Uganda’s O’Level. The other 141 from Year 13 graduated at the advanced subsidiary, which is an equivalent of A‘level.

Speaking at the event, Prof. Kagonyera urged the government to re-introduce a fully owned government commercial Bank to serve the interests of the citizens.

Kagonyera says members of parliament should fast track the proposal to revive Uganda commercial Bank and also ensure good liquidity in Uganda Development Bank so that as more young people graduate, the National Bank can help nationals take full charge of the economy as it would develop policies with National interests.
